Comes SPA sets its sights on green hydrogen. Awarded the Hydrocracy industrial research project, carried out by the company’s R&D department.
The presentation of the celebratory plaque took place on Thursday, January 27, in Taranto, on the event day of SMAU 2022, where various realities in the field of innovation participated.
Vincenzo Cesareo, president of Comes SPA, collected the award: “The Hydrocracy Advanced System research project aims to develop an innovative hydrogen production, storage and conversion system driven by artificial intelligence.”
Hydrocracy is an industrial research project set up to develop a technological solution to maximize self-consumption of energy in production and consumption sites, called “prosumers,” in which there is a plant for the production of electricity from renewable sources (wind or photovoltaic).
The project aims to develop an efficient green hydrogen production and storage system powered by renewable energy.
Luigi Sergi, Comes SPA R&D Manager: “We are working to realize an advanced green hydrogen production, storage and conversion system, supervised by artificial intelligence, that can be integrated to small- to medium-sized renewable energy production plants.”
