Comes SpA is among 24 companies selected by Borsa Italiana to take part from Monday 27 January in the second edition of the Ipoready programme to learn the secrets of the stock market.

‘What these companies have in common,’ emphasised Barbara Lunghi, head of the primary equity markets of Borsa Italiana (Euronext Group), ‘is a clear aptitude for growth, together with the desire to innovate and lead their sector with a keen eye on sustainability. They are all looking at the listing as a possible strategic choice. We help them gain awareness and guide them in discovering the tools available to them’.

Four thematic workshops are planned for the CEOs and CFOs of the selected companies in the coming months, covering: the market preparation roadmap, the business plan and listing book, regulatory aspects and governance, and sustainability. Operators from the financial world (advisors, merchant banks, legal advisors) and already listed companies with their case histories will take the floor.
