Roberto Ricci was born in Massafra in 1976.

In Comes since 2023, he holds the role of Risk Manager applying a structured and strategic approach in risk management, particularly in the bidding phase of major international EPCs.

Thanks to his multidisciplinary skills, he is in charge of analysing the economic-financial, technical, legal and operational risks related to projects, adopting advanced tools such as risk matrices and dedicated software. The use of this method makes it possible to identify potential criticalities, propose alternative technical solutions and guarantee the economic sustainability of the bids, minimising residual risks.

His role is fundamental in ensuring competitive and balanced proposals, protecting the company’s interests and strengthening relations with international partners.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bari, Roberto Ricci gained relevant experience in Cemit Group, MerMec and AngelStar as Electrical & Instrumention Supervisor, Project Engineering Manager in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Petrochemical sectors, Project Manager and Tendering Manager in the railway sector.
