Andrea Pacciolla
Andrea Pacciolla was born in Mesagne in 1973.
An automation and instrumentation expert with a consolidated career and a vision oriented towards innovation and operational efficiency, since 2023 he has held the position of Automation Manager at Comes SpA, where he competently and methodically guides the development of advanced solutions for complex projects, guaranteeing the reliability and performance of the implemented systems.
In his position, Andrea oversees every phase of orders in the field of industrial automation, with particular focus on:
- Participation in tenders, ensuring technically and strategically competitive proposals.
- Management of the necessary resources, promoting optimal use of tools, time and skills.
- Relations with customers and suppliers, taking care of strategic synergies and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Design and development of automation systems, including process logic and SCADA systems, for various industries.
Graduated in Electronic Engineering from Turin Polytechnic, Andrea Pacciolla has relevant experience in design, process control and optimisation of industrial plants, including revamping projects. He has gained specific expertise in:
- Automation and control for renewable energy production plants, such as wind turbines and photovoltaic parks.
- Waste water treatment systems.
- Development and integration of hardware and software solutions for PLCs of several market-leading brands such as SIEMENS, ABB, SCHNEIDER, ROCKWELL, GE-FANUC.
His background also includes research and development activities carried out in collaboration with leading institutions such as ISBEM and the FIAT Research Centre, which helped to broaden his spectrum of skills and consolidate his innovative approach.
