Comes Spa has been selected by Ansaldo Energia<\/a> as a partner for the development of electrical installation and instrumentation activities for the Irsching thermoelectric power plant in UNIPER, Germany.<\/p>\n

The Irsching 6 thermoelectric plant is one of the first emergency power plants in Europe, designed to ensure the stability of the power grid, as it is able to cope with any fluctuations characteristic of renewable energy.<\/p>\n

At the heart of the plant is the 300 MW AE94.3 gas turbine, which is capable of quickly coming on line effectively to avoid blackouts in the event of disturbances to the power grid, ensuring its continued operation.<\/p>\n
