The meeting is scheduled and takes place shortly after the purchase order is accepted (usually within 15 days).<\/p>\n<p>Activities developed during the kick-off meeting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>formal introduction of the two project teams;<\/li>\n<li>setting the technical and commercial communication channels;<\/li>\n<li>reviewing, if necessary, the terms and conditions of the order;<\/li>\n<li>reviewing in detail the scope of the project, its implementation and technical issues;<\/li>\n<li>reviewing the project development plan;<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that everyone has the appropriate documents and the latest revisions;<\/li>\n<li>reviewing services and documents to be produced;<\/li>\n<li>agreeing on the delivery dates of the documents;<\/li>\n<li>creating, if necessary, a list of the various activities to be carried out and the relating
